Book your Spanish course

IH Bogotá is a joint-venture with IH Barcelona (Spain). Enrolments can therefore be sent to either school.

Booking methods

You can book your Spanish course either online by downloading a pdf or word file.

Online booking is currently via our secure server on ihes.com (the IH Barcelona website).

Mac users Use the pdf file if you cannot launch online enrolment on your Mac.

All enrolments should be accompanied by a deposit of 200 US$.

Your deposit can paid by credit card online (see Online Booking, above); by downloading the application form (above) and faxing this to us, including your credit card details; by bank transfer or by cheque.

Note that the deposit is not a separate registration fee, and is part the total cost of your course. There is no registration fee for our courses.

Cheques in US$ should be made payable to International House, and sent to the school address either in Bogotá or in Barcelona. See application form for postal details.

Transfers in US$ can be made to our bank account in Colombia, which has the following number:

Please note that any bank charges incurred on payment of the deposit will be added to the balance of the course fee.

However, we do not charge commission on credit card payments.

Payment

The balance of fees is due at least two weeks before the first day of the course. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (see details above).

Cancellations

Where a cancellation is received 10 days or more before the course is due to start, payment will be refunded less 120 US$ for expenses. For cancellations received with less than 10 days notice, payment is refunded less 200 US$.

Once the course has started, refunds can only be made in exceptional circumstances.

Insurance

We strongly recommend students to take out comprehensive travel and medical insurance in their country of origin to cover any loss, sickness or accident which may occur during the course.
